one of the reasons why bebe is one of the best place to work at is because they have very good management system. they are helpful, friendly and encourages you constantly when you are working. the managers are your friend, but they always want you to improve. the pay is very good as well, they give you 5% commission so it makes you want to work harder, they give you a binder to keep all the clients info in, so that it is easy to keep up with what they want and to let them know when there is good sale going on.
