Lack of respect, Poor values, No sense of direction - Anonymous employee beMatrix Employee Review

Poor management with absolutely no direction. Management will talk down to you and you can't have an opinion or defend yourself. Management will blame you for their mistakes and throw you under a bus. Favoritism and nepotism in upper management and HR, therefore you have no rights and can't trust anybody. Every day you will feel like you are walking on eggshells because they will fire anyone for any reason. They don't like new ideas because "they've always done it this way". There is absolutely no job security and there is A LOT of turn over. Absolutely no room to grow.
