Pros
On the day to day you get to work with a great team of people who care about their work and each other and you can learn a lot about Agency in a short amount of time.
Cons
The volume of work is a lot and in some instances it is sink or swim. There was effort to train but everyone is so busy it sometimes feels like a burden to have questions answered. Work life balance is really hard.
