Young company working with some of the biggest market research firms. Very innovated. We can come in and leave on our own schedule, as long as the work gets finished. Sr. management is very supportive and listens to each employee regardless of level. Like in any research company you have your busy times and your slow times throughout the year and management allows you take advantage of the slow times. exciting culture, generally straightforward work, excellent benefits - this is a good stop on the way to bigger and better things. Excellent place to learn the ropes. I would strongly recommend this company to recent graduates or researchers with 3-5 years experience.

Need to work more with Direct Brands, work can be a little redundant at times. Direction of company not shared openly.
