      Pros

      They provided food once a week. The shifts themselves were easy and fun.

      Cons

      They make empty promises for training, solutions, and systemic improvements. Supervisors received less training than base level employees and it showed. Complete lack of communication on all levels. Unsustainable business model that caused mass layoffs without any warning.

      It's a job? I honestly don't have much good to say about this place.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, poor communication, political conflict, unprofessionalism, people not approaching each other in good faith. I could go on. Also I saw them let someone go yesterday without even a single word of explanation. It was brutal--the person was a good worker. It was pretty demoralizing to watch. Suffice to say I'm looking to get out of here as soon as possible.
