      Very good in salary. With my previous organization Package was like 6 digit salary, but inhand was so less. here I got good salary

      Cons

      Company size is size very small. I already worked with 500 fortune companies that comfort was not there but I am as a savy guy liked the job here.

      Working with american clients it's very valuable basically because you learn a different point of view, work environment and work culture. There´re very good projects with a lot of Challenges.
