Mostly great employees (the bad ones seemed to weed themselves out). The founder is one of the greatest people I've ever met (I got the opportunity to work directly for him). Projects are unique and always keep you on your toes. So much room to grow as a person. They put trust in you as an employee. I feel we worked on impactful projects. Excellent location in Sarasota. Seriously great.
Cons
Very few minor cons to be honest. The coffee used to suck, but now they have an awesome machine!
It was the worst experience working overtime. They were ungrateful, paid a low salary, always made promises they didn't keep, and I wouldn't recommend them
