Disappointing - Anonymous employee assure360 Employee Review

I watched the company sink because we didn't have enough work to pay our bills and we never received the funding we needed from our parent company. Since the new owners and leadership team came in, we have a ton of work, a bunch of new clients and it feels like a whole new place. If you like to work hard and your days to fly by, this is a good place to work. They also do nice things like bringing in bagels and donuts, a pretty cool holiday party, point out things we're good at and the work schedule can be flexible.

There is almost too much work, so it would be nice if we had some extra people to help get it done. We have some people who don't really want to work hard and that's not fair, so it would be good to get rid of them and find good people who actually want to work hard.

Flexible schedule is nice. Get to work from home a couple days a week. Also have a casual dress policy so we are comfortable while working. The benefits are pretty good compared to what we had before under previous owners.

We haven't had raises in two years or more. Broken promises about raises but always excuses. There were year-end bonuses but they seemed to be based on favoritism. Also, managers didn't seem to have a say in any of it. Just the CIO deciding about people he knows nothing about.
