      Company doesn't know what they're doing. A mass layoff can happen at any second (and has) so it creates a lot of anxiety

      nice office. flexible schedule. hybrid option

      lack of direction, no one knows whats going on, they treat employees like they are disposable, constantly mass lay offs.
