Each site is in a different location and has a different micro culture so I cannot speak for all.

Extremely supportive organisation as a whole. Great culture and issues are taken seriously, great maternity leave benefits and company always willing to make adjustments. Also salary sacrifice is available

KPI’s are unrealistic in my opinion, but management are aware of this and just expect you to try your best. Clients are the biggest cons, some are aggressive or use the DES program to attempt to get out of working.
