- Professional and ambitious team with over 20+ nationalities - Challenging product that brings a revolution in traditional manufacturing (the product is already integrated into Audi, Siemens etc) - Striving for equal gender representation and diversity in general: arculus actively hires and promotes females, relocates candidates from all over the globe, offers internships to young professionals - Flat hierarchy - 30 days vacations - The CEO Fabian truly cares for the people he works with (good work-life balance, workload, supporting culture etc)

- Can’t think of anything specific except that as in every startup things change fast here. One needs to be hands-on and adapt quickly.
