Poor work environment - Product Manager appreciate Employee Review

Nobody really has any idea what the company is actually building or who its building it for. Management is lost in a daydream not building anything of value. Everyone sees problems with the organization, but is afraid to see anything due to...lots of sketchy things going on in the background and lots of frequent turnover. Engineering department was scrapped three times in three years.
