      Pros

      Ambiente collaborativo e rispettoso delle esigenze individuali, con colleghi NORMALI (e questo è stato detto da personale esterno, evidentemente altrove non è così quindi è un gran valore positivo).

      Cons

      Purtroppo un po' livellato. Sempre in competizione, sulla base dei costi poiché raffrontati con la non sempre "trasparente" concorrenza orientale dal management teutonico. Sovente si ha la sensazione di essere poco determinanti come gruppo italiano ed anzi "ostaggi" delle circostanze e decisioni d'oltralpe.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
