      Great colleagues Multi-cultural environment Headquarters is a beautiful castle in Austria

      Cons

      Strategy not transparent (especially to the subsidiaries) Management less respectful Weak HR department (very focused on Austria and not on other locations) Many people stay very long in the same position because there are no personal career paths etc. Managers change very often

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
