      The location is pretty and HR is nice

      Cons

      One of the female directors, barely any training, spend a week at first just learning other people’s jobs which was of no help as they use complete gobbledegoop to try and explain simple things so it makes no sense. I can see they are constantly advertising for the job so it says it all

      Family run business, everyone approachable, collaborative and can-do attitude and support employees from day 1.

      Location is a little 'out of the way' if you don't drive.

      The location is beautiful. Nothing good about the company.

      Cons

      Don't work here if you're a strong woman, or anyone with even a hint of mental or physical disability. They don't like opinions, they don't like being challenged and they really don't like having to defend their misogynistic staff members. They call boot you out without a fair investigation, or a second thought. Disgusting company.
