Pros
Salary was the only positive aspect, and with the change in senior management, even that no longer feels like enough
Cons
Frequent layoffs; you never know when your last working day might be. Constant pressure to maintain high utilization despite a lack of sufficient projects. Internal or non-billable work does not contribute to utilization, yet performance evaluations are heavily based on utilization metrics. Poor upper management and leadership practices. Excessive workplace politics that often affect decision-making. Favoritism in opportunities, recognition, and career growth. Employees are often required to serve the full 3-month notice period even when there is little or no work available. Lack of work-life balance. Production issues require employees to be available regardless of weekends, holidays, or late-night hours. High expectations and accountability without adequate organizational support or resource planning.
