      No Career growth. No Talent Increase, No Personal Development, No Skill enhancement, Very different type of job. So experience dont count or help in getting job after leaving the organisation.

      Pros

      The only good thing about the company is the shift timings

      Cons

      No HR, no AC, no ventilation, supervisors have no good manners and do not know how to talk, partial and biased, no proper cafeteria, fun activities conducted during breaks employees cant eat in peace because they use the the cafeteria for the activities, no home drop for ladies after 10 pm.
