The team is amazing. Some of the smartest people I have had the pleasure of working with. The management team clearly know the problem space very well and are experts in their fields. Chance to work on a very interesting problem that will be very important for years to come.

Sometimes we move so fast that we don't always have a good idea of what we should be building. This leads to the occasional feature that needs to be reworked.

The developers who work here are amazing. Honestly that's the only thing good about working here. If it wasn't for them I would have quit a long time ago.

Executive management is terrible. Questionable decisions, deception towards employees and customers. No appreciation or recognition towards employees. Most developers are fed up and ready to quit.
