Pros

Best agency ever....NOT! In all honesty, there are no pros. Not one! Not sure how this place can humanly still be around, since they (Frank, CCO) refuses to treat people like human beings and more like puppets. Frank makes the mail room guys dress like slaves and has them so scared it's just inhumane.

Cons

Sure they get new business now and then, but that is all smoke and mirrors. How do they do it? They run the puppets into the ground while belittling and threatening them along the way. Not only is AFG a bad agency doing very bad advertising, they are completely unethical. I've never seen so much back stabbing in one place in my life. They have a few "leaders" there that bow down to their fierce leader Frank, and they will throw people under a bus, literally to make him happy. Frank is the most insane person who, and loves "getting off on inflicting pain on people, young and old." He's has made many young girls cry and makes them feel insecure in their job and in life. Who does that? Life is short and tough enough...maybe that's the reason most people don't last but a few months there after being hired. It's very sad. Oh...and most of the CDs there will tell young girls..."dress more sexy, Frank will like you more." Really???

Pros

Frank Ginsberg is an advertising legend and working for him has been an honor. I've learned so much from him and from the other Co-Chief Creative Officers at the agency. I've gotten to work on such a wide range of projects, from small social ads to major TV commercials.

Cons

Since we are mostly remote, you don't get to see anyone often so it's hard to form relationships with coworkers.

Pros

I have had a great experience working under Joe & Gib. They lead their teams effectively with good values and great work culture. I don't feel under appreciated nor over worked, and I'm more excited for my projects than ever before because of the way I'm respected at this agency even after only being here for half a year. AFG's work culture has allowed me to give my projects my 100% and grow with the agency. The emphasis that has been placed on my growth here has been not only inspiring but very motivating as a newly mid level art director looking to make the best work I possibly can and advance my career. My managers look out for me and my work, and that is a pro I am grateful for after working at other agencies. Not to mention, we have one of the best CEO's who is full of experience and passion for the agency and its people. I am very happy to be here and be part of a team of amazing humans who care about each other as much as the work. And that is why we make great work.

Cons

The stunning rooftop at the agency office can get a little too hot over the summer. That's all I got!
