      Pros

      I have been working in a great team, made of wonderful people with whom I am still in contact. My direct managers were lovely and supportive people.

      Cons

      After some changes at the top, the culture was not the same anymore, top management stopped considering the people (employees AND clients AND suppliers) as central to the company's success, and it only became a matter of maths and numbers.

      The in-person meeting was nice enough

      As MillerSmith was acquired by Lapine Inc (which later become adm group) every employee was promised an offer. After I attempted to have a conversation about some terms of employment, HR requested my phone number to discuss. I promptly returned their email with my phone number, only to receive the following email: "We have decided to rescind our offer." Quite the rug pull. My terms were pretty modest, as I only wanted a cost-of-living increase from the previous year.
