Since the new management came on board "the lads" the family culture of the company went down hill.
Cons
Amazing how strategically all the non - caucasian employees are no longer in the company! In this day and age employers are embracing D&I yet this company have worked their way to achieve the opposite! From the CEO through to his 1st line leadership team they're all chauvinistic idiots! I'm happy I left just before the drastic changes but am appalled to have heard recently how my ex-colleagues had been treated; money paid to walk and silence them! Absolutely DISGUSTING!
