Some good people working there, intelligent young people that want to learn and progress.
Cons
Fear of senior dictatorial managers means employees are unable to have freedom of expression, ideas, creativity. People are scared to speak out and ask questions as woe betide if you do, you'll be shouted down, ignored or responded to in a way which denotes a 'how dare you question me' attitude from egotistical managers.
