A completely mismanaged company from the top down. Like other reviews on here, the biggest issue is the CEO. He makes drastic decisions with emotion rather than logic and rationality. Be prepared to be screamed at if you don't agree with him, I've personally seen him make staff cry a number of times. The guy is a real piece of work, nothing more than a bully. Management knows the CEO is delusional but just walks on eggshells around him (they are also scared of him!), sadly that negligence created a very toxic environment over the last few years. The company has needed to make lay offs every year for the past few years. While working there you get the impression it's only a matter of time before you're next. Unless you're straight out of college and need work experience this isn't the place to move to. There will be zero career progression at this company.
