Thank you for taking the time to write a review on adQuadrant and voicing your concerns. We truly appreciate the feedback and hope we can address these topics with a bit more detail. We are a rapidly growing organization that takes pride in offering a competitive compensation package to every team member, including incentives tied to the success of our customers. This type of compensation structure is what leads to an employee retention rate that is well above the industry average. We attempt to have a people-first organization, and maintain a positive culture. I would be open to any ideas of improving our culture you may have or would like to share. In the past 18 months we became a 100% remote organization, and that comes with some growing pains. We also have grown our team substantially this year, which can create changes in the culture of an organization. However, I personally wouldn’t describe our culture as toxic or detrimental, and I believe our Glassdoor rating reflects as such. Our training process can always be improved, we will work with our departments to improve the way they train new employees and/or Independent Contractors. Again, thank you for your feedback and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Supportive, high-performing culture: The team is smart, collaborative, and genuinely kind. You’re trusted with real ownership, and strong work is recognized. Clearer vision and fresh leadership momentum: Recent leadership changes have brought more focus, accountability, and an exciting outlook for growth, especially in performance and social commerce.

Cons

Growing pains with structure: As the company evolves, some processes are still being refined and alignment can take time. Fast-paced environment: Expectations are high and priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and resilience are important.

Pros

-Feels like you are truly a part of a team -You will be rewarded/recognized for good work -Leadership will give you a seat at the table to help guide decision making -Company culture is A+ -Leadership is happy to roll their sleeves up and work with all individual contributors as just another member of the team. No corporate bureaucracy BS or egos at play. -Privately held, no ulterior motives

Cons

Workload at times can seem high but with that said, the company is in growth mode which should resolve the issue on its own. Overall, the company is sincere in its core values and headed into a positive growth pattern - both accounts and employee headcount.
