      Pros

      Amazing colleagues, good location, selection of drinks, HR staff during my time was wonderful

      Cons

      Serious identity crisis ! Senior Management in constant chaos, huge turnover (over 20 people left in last 6 months). Serious lack of knowledge at Managerial level. Extremely low compensation !

      They employ some incredible people and are very willing to teach/train the inexperienced.

      Cons

      Executive Team doesn't know what they are doing, turnover rate is extremely high, and the training is subpar
