A noble mission which most of the team really believe in Great teammates, most of which have left or leaving
Cons
- CEO does not let functional experts he hired, make decisions even though he has no competency in the functions - Does not know how to set goals and strategy, leaving the whole team working towards unrealistic goals with no real plan - There is a high attrition rate with the best people leaving the company recently, 4 from leadership team - CEO has propagated a culture of fear and is verbally abusive Big gender pay gap - Financials are not transparent and there is no board of directors or advisory board. No accountability.
