Helpful and friendly co-workers. Good time off schemes, Fridays off in summer months and a quarterly aPriori day off. Big plans for upcoming years
Cons
Majority of lower level company employees want to keep the status quo but leadership want to move the company forward so there’s a lot of clashes and bickering repeatedly over same topics amongst those who don’t like change and those trying to enact it on leaderships behalf. Micromanaging is too common amongst managers / directors. Doesn’t create the nicest environment to work in. Some of the longer serving employees can be rude, blunt and argumentative over the smallest issues which again doesn’t create a great work environment. Tough for employees with no background in manufacturing to understand the product and lingo used across the company.
