Pros

aNewSpring is a great place to work. aNewSpring offers a product that is loved by its customers. They also follow a Customer Success approach which is widely embraced internally. The people at the company really care and want to reach goals while having fun. I had the best time at aNewSpring.

Cons

This company is growing and of course needs to make sure they keep their unique style and way of working together. I trust that they will do great.

Pros

You get to work on things you're passionate about. Your voice is heard and suggestions acted upon. Flexibility to try out other roles and responsibility when you show the drive for and knowledge of them. Flexible working arrangements Work from home or at the office - what do you prefer Home office set-up inventory Onboarding process, ensuring you get to know everyone - not just who's in your immediate team. Weekly check-ins with Team Lead, quarterly check-ins; no more once a year "farces" where team lead - and you, have already forgotten everything you've achieved or learnt from.

Cons

Not really a negative but more a point of clarification: at aNewSpring, your own agency is expected. Training budgets exist, but you should be the one to reach out to use them. The same goes for mentorship, sponsorship and cross-training opportunities. If you're the type of person who needs to be told, then you can feel like you're being left out, or missing out on opportunities. This also trickles across to other areas: if you are not good at planning your own work, holding yourself accountable and seeking to iterate and improve, you may not do so well here.
