I really enjoy my role and the opportunities it has given me to grow within the company and expand my knowledge. I’m grateful to have a team I can trust and respect.it’s rewarding to see everyone doing so well and enjoying what they do. I also love that my boss encourages us to continue learning and earning certifications, even giving us the time and support to accomplish those goals

No cons, I took the time to read a lot of these reviews and it was surprising. This is not the experience me or my team has had. There is a lot of free time and lots of learning opportunities. I think a lot of people do not have work ethic and being in a field that requires knowledge and skill you are definitely put to the test of what you “say” you are skilled in. If you lie on your resume and join a field you don’t know much about that is your choice but claiming poor management for lack of knowledge is insane. The CEO will Pay for certificates or classes to gain knowledge in what you are wanting to learn. Any way no con other then it’s a job.
