Pros

Innovative product - great item to introduce to practices. Quality co workers - Isolite has managed to employ quite a few knowledgable and hard working dental professionals. Flexibility - able to manage your own time and accounts

Cons

Deceitful - Isolite will do absolutely everything to make sure you do not get paid. They amend commission, without word, and even if you manage to still hit goal - they'll change it again and fight you on it. Customer service is not valued. The actual customer service team is great, but the company is in the business of screwing over the customer. Lack of proper management - The role of sales manager has never been locked down longer than a year. Management dictates how things should be done rather than motivate, educate, and mentor. Doesn't go to bat for you, actually competes against you and can never be trusted. Very high turnover.

Pros

The health benefits and the unlimited time off are amazing and definitely make all the other nonsense just background noise. They offer work from home which is also a very nice benefit that saves on gas.

Cons

Decisions on what we offer to our customers never seems to align with what they ask for. There is not much, if at all, growth opportunity. It feels like the company is stagnant and unsure how to move forward. Management team really needs to reevaluate themselves and their goals and make some tough decisions that may need to involve changes in leadership rather than letting go of non-leadership team members that do most of the work.
