Toxic Company with No Pros - Talent Acquisition Zyoin Employee Review

There are absolutely no pros to working at this company. The environment is toxic, and management is unprofessional. There’s zero work-life balance—you’re expected to work late nights and weekends without any appreciation. Swapnil, one of the managers, was openly involved in an inappropriate relationship with a team member and constantly gave her special treatment. It created a toxic and unfair atmosphere for the rest of the team. Upper management is even worse—Shubha (manager) was really rude, disrespectful, and used to treat employees like laborers rather than professionals. Communication is negative and demoralizing. If you care about your mental well-being and career growth, avoid this company at all costs.
