Pros

It is a good place for 3 kinds of people: you need industry and/or functional work experience, bullies, and longer term employees who want to hang out and vest. Cool office space. Zynga is a brand name that is great for your resume. With even <1 year of work experience you can learn a lot, re-brand yourself as a mobile professional in the entertainment industry, and gain digital/online experience. Cons

Games are a reflection of the company culture: games are not fun and the games have no soul. Revolving door at all levels means that many work teams have no continuity. No compelling new products and markedly lower new game introduction with current leadership. Declining customer base. Many employees have very low productivity because they are learning on the job or they simply don't care and go with the flow . Addicted to "update" meetings largely for political reasons with no decisions, no real outcomes.

Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

Cons

VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
