      - fair pay - excellent benefits - mostly awesome work environment and culture among coworkers

      Cons

      - inept leaders with no management skills allow bullying among coworkers and actively bring down the morale of their own team - few promotions from within - self-centered org leaders more concerned with their own career trajectory rather than lifting up their entire team

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
