      Work life balance Great learning experience Chance to work on latest technologies (Only for certain teams) Good pay range

      Cons

      Politics,Favouritism and Nepotism in all of the central teams (Sharedservices, Cloud teams). Most of the good engineers have already left Technical illiteracy at it's peak now in central teams (in Zynga India)

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
