      the work environment is comparably good people you're working with are nice & smart you're free to learn more in whatever internal area you're interested

      Cons

      strategy is not correct & speedy enough too many titles have been cut in creation less opportunities for you to level up in some divisions

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
