Cons

Long hours (generally true with game companies) Struggling with identity as the first publicly traded social game company Variable hours/length of work days (being so responsive to live data, and running fierce deadlines)

Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

Cons

VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
