      Lots of opportunity to make huge changes in existing and new games, working with people with lots of expertise and experience, and world class facilities and amenities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of big games to work on currently, disconnection between studio communication, and continuing to fight consolidation in the game market.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
