-Upper Management puts undue pressure on managers which can be frustrating
-They are not flexible to the needs/restrictions of employees and change promises on the whim if they are not documented
-The HR is of no help, they are there to only repeat what the upper management says and do not help
-The payroll team is not good, they might delay pay sometimes. My team even had 2X pay in one month and 0.5x pay the next due to a “payroll” error
