      Zycus needs to sort its Upper Management - Business Development Executive Zycus Employee Review

      Pros

      -The team was wonderful -The company provides extensive training modules to help you do your job well -ANZ team was really helpful and supportive

      Cons

      -Upper Management puts undue pressure on managers which can be frustrating -They are not flexible to the needs/restrictions of employees and change promises on the whim if they are not documented -The HR is of no help, they are there to only repeat what the upper management says and do not help -The payroll team is not good, they might delay pay sometimes. My team even had 2X pay in one month and 0.5x pay the next due to a “payroll” error

      Pros

      Zycus has proven that they put the rubber to the road when it comes to investing in the technology that we offer to our prospective customers. With the foresight of what may appear to be new offerings are in fact seasoned solutions that were thought of years ago and invested in for a long period of time, specifically our AI solution. With an impression amount of capital investment, I foresee the solutions Zycus offers staying ahead of the pack and our customer base (Zycus Community) continuing to grow.

      Cons

      At times it has proven a little slow to get things from the request to approval stage however, although that is a current struggle and speaking on the US market, along with the continual investment in the technology, there appears to be substantial investment taking place the people and specifically onshore leadership!
