We're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Zwift did not meet your expectations and that you are disappointed in the company.
We are pleased that in your 4+ years with Zwift you enjoyed the exposure to other areas and you found your fellow Watopians awesome to work with! However, we acknowledge your feedback around the lack of growth and layoffs resulting in additional responsibilities, and take this feedback seriously.
As shared in an All Hands meeting earlier this year, we have taken steps to carefully refine our promotion process to ensure an attainable, fair and consistent growth path for all Watopians, including our bi-annual promotion cycle that saw more than 30 of our colleagues receive promotions in November 2023. We will continuously review this process as the company evolves to ensure it is fit for purpose and genuinely supporting our people to grow.
