Great coworkers and environment but terrible management and leadership - Logistics Coordinator Zuum Employee Review

- Management has a lack of communication - Management will use words to entice you to do things but never back it up (Always have things in writing or they will never honor their words) - They have an "open door" policy but when something is said it will be ignored. - HR Department is completely disconnected from employees and have no idea what's going on in an operation standpoint - Will constantly change SOPs then send "docusigns" to everyone and if it is not met, they will write you up. Which will lead to no disciplinary action anyway.
