Pros
Benefits is good. Quite fair to staff, but still not up to the amazing benefits compare with other top insurance company.
Cons
Its hard to get HR clarification and justification on salary improvements. Sumore when u dont have strong support from the head. No opportunity on widen your roles, will stuck with what u have only. If u want big bonus, not here.
