Cons
Having to deal with constant negative feedback from brokers Not having authority to resolve problems - having to liaise with / persuade team who caused the problem to resolve it quickly Tendency to get stuck / typecast in this role (a little overlooked in terms of promotion) Company is a bit too 'Sydney-centric' Have used CAMS as de-facto Claims Advisers during catastrophes / extreme backlog and also as QA team back-fill
