Pros
Have now been at Zurich for a few years and have always found it a great place to work. However, over the last 6-12 months, I've noticed a drive from the Exec to improve this even further. Real evidence of responses to staff surveys. The company also provides great remuneration and benefits packages.
Cons
Still some dated systems in use, but actions in place to rectify this
