Pros
Chance for some responsibility early and good development paths for top talent. Some good people.
Cons
Arrogant and inflexible management from Switzerland. Multiple layers and and Kafkaesque bureaucracy at times, with constant restructures and consequent political infighting. Old technology with a rigid and risk averse culture. Combination of high turnover for young talent and highly compensated "lifers" with remote and semi-informed senior management at HQ means its very hard to change.
