- Unique work-life balance without pressure in corporate environment (huge pressure in some areas in local markets - Seems to be moving into a new organization scheme (decentralized model) where local markets will take the lead on every single aspect (product marketing, channels and alliances, -Good for low ambition profiles - Met people doing the same task for the last 20 years
Cons
- People motivation and engagement extremely low due to unacceptable leadership skills. Line managers not properly trained but learnt from mimicking behaviors and attitudes from previous ones - Completely outdated systems and policies across the board. Inexisting e2e process view across critical areas (talent management, performance reviews). No need to mention those touching the customer, where all of us know the overall CX when we're being served as customers - After recent reorganization many people leaving the company and new CEO bringing the people he relies on, therefore sending wrong message to organization - Harsh conflict between corporate and local markets leading to very unpleasant and insane situations
