      Pros

      Decent work environment, mostly nice people. Very nice offices in both places I worked.

      Cons

      Bogged down in process, and modeling. Took the "underwriting" out of underwriting. Took a blanket view of pricing which causes a flight of good business out the door, leaving under priced sub standard business.
