A solid, steady and consistent employer. Has a customer centric philosophy and core values highlighted shareholder, customers and staff being held in equal regard.
Cons
A very large organisation which is reluctant to devolve power from the centre. The recent change in senior management will hopefully improve the groups fortunes.
