      Good environment, Good coworkers

      Cons

      Focus so much on Culture & Values that makes it worse than have none. Poor work life balance, and they judge you if you can't spend every weekend working. Career Opportunity is only good to new employees, the older ones are left behind.

      Great environment and culture. The founders of this company are all about passion, and it reflects on the people that work with them.

      Cons

      Not much to say here, and I am sure that they are probably better from my days, but communications can be improved.
