      Pros

      Good place to go if you don't want to advance your career. The CEO is expert at failing to execute his business plans, and is very good holding every one accountable for failing to meet sales objectives. That is everyone, except himself.

      Cons

      CEO uses company money, and employees to help himself climb the Habitat for Humanity leadership ladder. Those who don't 'volunteer' for the all hands build day end up being pushed out of the company. This includes anyone who doesn't support his 'Night of Miracles' event in the fall. He professes to be christian, yet uses veiled threats, fear and intimidation to manipulate his employees to do his bidding.

      Pros

      When I started with Zunesis I was brand new to the industry. It takes a supportive team and a caring/talented leader to open the door to success for someone with little to no knowledge. Every single person here is genuinely interested in the success of every other person. We all work hard, and because of that, I am basically left to do my work. No micro-management, only guidance. Greatness is accomplished here through hard work, expectations, goals, drive, and work ethic.

      Cons

      Work ethic and the desire to succeed are imperative. If you don't have that, you might not be a fit.

      Pros

      The people are nice but the place has an ominous feel because of the owner.

      Cons

      The owner is verbally abusive and manipulative. He also has a history of stealing commissions.
