The people and culture were top notch - everyone had amazing work ethic and would pitch in to help out.

Morale was often an issue as we knew that we were fighting an uphill battle to gain product-market fit. Ultimately was a losing battle. Real shame, because it was a wonderful service.

Interesting idea. Initially there was the freedom to bring new technologies to the table.
